Returns & Refund Policy
- www.iaavjo.com has a 10-day return policy.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Withing 48 working hours, we will inform you, if your return is accepted.
- We will take care of return package collection from your address. If your pin-code is not available with our courier partner, then you have to return your product to: Iko Bucket, 310, Suman Heights, Opp Lodha Ground, Deshlepada, Dombivli (East), Thane - 421204, Maharashtra, India, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- We reserve the right to cancel the order if the goods are out of stock or not available. We take responsibility to inform the buyer of any such cancellations happening in processing the order through mail or telephonic.
- If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
- We will seek authorization on your Card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfill, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker, will not be captured/charged. If, however the same is charged to your card/bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner. Noble Faith reserves the right to capture/charge your card to the full or partial authorized amount for the concerned order.

In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, www.iaavjo.com reserves the right to cancel pending and future orders without any liability. www.iaavjo.com also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in the pricing of product on the website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.

Refund policy
Once the parcel is picked, within a week you will get our refund through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How will I get my refund in case of COD?
You will receive your refund either in your bank account or in special cases, any other mode of payment as requested by the customer.
Please Note : COD charges for the order will not be refunded .
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, you can. Each item you return will have a unique ID. While you can ship all the returned items in one shipment, the return receipt form for each item must be included in it along with the return ID for each product.
How to get a product Exchanged?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Why was my return request declined?
If a returned product does not meet the criteria, i.e., mentioned in our Returns Policy, then your product will not be eligible for a refund.
What to do if I get a damaged product?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on care@iaavjo.com, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What are the exceptions / non-returnable items?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
